We are very serious about making you feel safe shopping with us therefore we never store your payment information in our system. All your private payment information is directly passed to and stored in your bank or PayPal’s cloud system.

A significant amount of time and money has been invested into making sure our page and our shopping cart software is secure.

Refunds are available. Shall you request a refund once the item has shipped it is the buyers responsibility to ship the item back (at buyers cost exactly how it was received) before the refund is issued. Refunds are only available within 2 weeks after delivery. If there is damage or major imperfections on our part your money will be refunded upon recovering the item (this applies to all items). If damage is on the buyers part no refund will be issued (we can tell the difference). If package arrives damaged a refund or replacement will be mailed out as long as the buyer has purchased insurance (must provide proof of damage to packaging and item). Custom orders will not be refunded once the creation process has started unless there are major imperfections or damage on our part(we can tell the difference). Due to the handcrafted nature of our items there may be minor imperfections (glitter speck on non-glitter item and such).
